The Jack Collective is an accomplished full service design and fashion consultancy based in New York City. Our team of creative talent comes from various backgrounds and countries, creating a new design studio where eclectic design disciplines are blended to develop inspiring and unique outcomes for our clientele.

Services

Research Development

As creative mavens (Or so we like to think), we know first hand that research, inspiration and trend insight are the most important factors to any creative venture. We want to help shape both current and innovative aspects of design to assist in initiating unique ideas and design concepts.

Styling

This is our Jacks favourite work! We invent ideas and style for editorials, lookbook, campaigns, advertisements and runway. We also take care of the gruelling work with PR agencies and showrooms to obtain samples by providing stylist assistants.

Apparel Design

Within our team of Jacks we have some very capable seamstresses, tailors and of course fashion designers. These Jacks are extremely talented and consult with fashion/accessory designers based on shape, form, textile and embellishment suggestions in order to both edit and add to current collections.

Photography

We offer freelance photographers for your projects no matter how big or small. Some say why?, Jacks say why not?

Graphics & Layout

Our team can assist you with graphic content and layout design for visual jobs. We want to surface your ideas with aesthetic value and watch the potential grow

Fashion Consulting

Our experienced fashion experts within TJC provide specific consultation and branding for both small and large designers. Our team works to not only reposition your brand in the market, but to devise a singular aesthetic for your product and help give your label that edge its been looking for.

Here at TJC we consider ourselves to be social butterflies of Manhattan, basically, we know people. We want to assist you in acquiring and curating the perfect team to execute your perfect project - we even manage the project to ensure the perfect outcome.

EXPLORE

We kick-off every project, whether an on-going agency relationship or special effort, by working with our clients to create a clear roadmap of the primary goals, boundaries, assumptions, and must haves, followed by collaborative brainstorm sessions designed to simplify the project and inspire our best ideas. This process includes multiple hands-on meetings, careful perusal of historical data and previous efforts, and a persevering analysis of references to motivate unique thinking.

BLUEPRINT

We believe complex issues can only be solved when isolated into manageable components. During this process our team defines the project needs, breaks down audience demographics, determines objectives, creative targets, the strategy of the competition and techniques to achieve cross-channel interaction. Our goal? Develop a multitude of timeless strategies capable of moving across a myriad of platforms. Because even the simplest project should be a foundation for the future.

ENGINEER

Once the blueprint is complete, we borrow some of Michael Jordan’s ‘secret stuff’, lock ourselves in our office and bring your project to life. Creative direction isn’t limited to the basic aesthetic, but encompasses all aspects of execution. Effective marketing speaks simultaneously in form, color, motion, data, and – most importantly – words. While we like the great outdoors, during this time we let our minds do the exploring in our creative ecosystem where a cross-pollination of ideas between disciplines provides all the entertainment we require.

LEAD

Eventually, all projects are passed onto you, to grow. Before anything is ever actually handed-off, we put all of our projects through a rigorous testing process designed to simulate real world wear and tear and hopefully crush any chance of a ‘wardrobe malfunction’ so-to-speak. Then, to ensure a seamless transition and the best possible outcome, we guide you through the ins & outs of the project with your relevant personnel with a post-completion troubleshooting, and exhaustive QA. We are after all, here to guide.
